Repair Café

Transition Lichfield Repair Café
2024

Transition Litchfield Repair Cafe was set up so that people could get their stuff mended instead of throwing away and buying new. Volunteer repairers advise and do repairs at their fortnightly sessions — electricals, toys, household, clothing, garden equipment, keepsakes, IT and phones... they will have a go with most things! They also run skillshare workshops so that people have an opportunity to learn to fix things.

For The Great Imagining Cannock Chase they brought their power tools to do demonstrations and on the spot repairs.
